Bio Jean van de Velde
JEAN VAN DE VELDE (1957) wrote and directed many successful feature films and TV series, among which the award winning All Stars, De Kleine Blonde Dood, Lek and Oeroeg. In 2009 his film White Light / The Silent Army premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. He was board member of various film organizations, such as the Dutch Film Fund and the Dutch Film Festival, and coached numerous commercial feature films in his capacity as Intendant for the Dutch Film Fund.
